Apple Wood Smoked Black Pepper is combines the sharp bite of fresh pepper and nice level of smoke which brings out a deep rich flavor. Smoked Black Pepper is made by placing cracked black pepper on screens and is placed into a smoker for 4 to 5 hours using Colorado fruit wood, after cold smoking for this amount of time the desired flavor is achieved. This makes a great table pepper replacement weather it is used on eggs, bacon, salad, or anything else. It comes in a reusable glass grinder.

Bought me first bottle at a vendor show when I lived in Colorado and this has become my family’s favorite pepper. I no longer live in CO but still keep a supply on hand. LOVE IT!!!
